Angus Beef Nachos

You’ll never think of nachos the same way again after you’ve tried these angus beef nachos. Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce provides traditional nachos the perfect kick that’s sweet with a little heat. Featured at Penn's Tavern.


  • ½ pound Black Angus ground beef

  • 1 cup cheese (or cheese of choice)

  • 1 tomato, seeded and diced

  • 1 green onion, sliced (optional)

  • ½-1 cup shredded lettuce

  • 3 cups large tortilla chips

  • ¼ cup or more of Minorcan Mike’s Datil Sauce

  • ½-1 cup sour cream


  1. In a skillet over medium-high heat sauté the ground beef with Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce and onions , brown ground beef until no longer pink; drain the fat.

  2. Arrange chips on serving platter and immediately top with heated ground beef, top with shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, extra onion if desired and Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce (add any other toppings of choice). Serve warm! With a side of sour cream.
