To make the Datil Avocado Pesto, combine basil, avocado, garlic, nuts, lemon juice and sauce in
a blender or food processor and pulse until nuts are chopped. Add water and blend again until
smooth. Transfer to a bowl and mix in cheese. Set aside.
Toast everything bagel and poach eggs.
Create your Datil Breakfast Bagel by putting the bagel on a plate and loading with datil pesto
and then the poached egg.
