Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Ham

Forget honey glazes, spruce up your ham with Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Jelly.



  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

  2. Place ham in a heavy pan with water in the bottom.

  3. Cover tightly with foil.

  4. Bake ham for 18 to 20 minutes per pound until the internal temperature registers 140 degrees.

  5. Unwrap the ham and generously brush or spoon on Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Jelly.

  6. Increase oven heat to 400 degrees and bake for 15 to 20 minutes longer.
