Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Jelly Salmon

You will love the spicy sweet flavor Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Jelly adds to your salmon. This recipe is a winner for dinner parties!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs salmon

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • ¼ cup brown sugar

  • ¼ cup soy sauce

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • Juice of one lemon

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp pepper

  • Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Jelly (1 tsp per filet)

  • Garnish with sliced lemons and chopped parsley, if desired

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients (except Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Jelly) in a small bowl. Marinate salmon in mixture for 30 minutes.

  2. Grill salmon on a cedar wood plank on grill. (Soak wood plank in water first.)

  3. 10 minutes before salmon has finished cooking, brush 1 tsp of Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Jelly on each filet.

  4. Garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley, if desired.
