Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Pork Tenderloin




  1. Heat grill to 345 degrees.

  2. Place tenderloin on grill, and coat the top with Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Jelly.

  3. Let the meat cook for 5 to 10 minutes.

  4. Flip the tenderloin and coat the other side with datil pepper jelly.

  5. Grill for 25 to 30 minutes or until the interior temperature hits 160 degrees.

  6. Remove tenderloin and wrap it in tin foil.

  7. Before closing the top of the foil, add a little more jelly.

  8. Let the wrapped tenderloin sit for 5 minutes and then serve.
