Ingredients

• Desired amount of raw chicken wings

• Zesty Italian dressing

• Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce

Supplies needed:

• Grill

• Baster

Instructions

1. Marinate the wings in the zesty Italian dressing overnight.

2. Cook wings on the grill at 325-345 degrees F, basting the wings with Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce.

3. Continue basting as you turn the wings, cooking them thoroughly.

4. Cooking time should be about 15-20 minutes

5. Serve hot with a side of Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce for extra dipping.
