Minorcan Mike’s Meat Crust Pizza
Try this meat-crust pizza recipe with Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce. Or, use Minorcan Mike’s as marinara for traditional pizza.
Ingredients

2 lbs extra lean ground beef or ground turkey

4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Canadian bacon or pepperoni, onions, green peppers, mushroom or any desired toppings.
Instructions

Brown meat.

Preheat oven to 350°.

In a large bowl, mix browned meat with 2 cups of cheese. (Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil and Italian seasoning to taste.)

Spread mixture like crust on a baking sheet.

Top with Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce.

Top with cheese and other toppings.

Bake for at least 15 minutes.

traditional pizza.
