Try this meat-crust pizza recipe with Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce. Or, use Minorcan Mike’s as marinara for traditional pizza.

​Ingredients

• 2 lbs extra lean ground beef or ground turkey

• 4 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

• 1 jar Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce

• Canadian bacon or pepperoni, onions, green peppers, mushroom or any desired toppings.

Instructions

1. Brown meat.

2. Preheat oven to 350°.

3. In a large bowl, mix browned meat with 2 cups of cheese. (Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil and Italian seasoning to taste.)

4. Spread mixture like crust on a baking sheet.

5. Top with Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce.

6. Top with cheese and other toppings.

7. Bake for at least 15 minutes.

Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce can also be substituted for regular pizza sauce when making a
traditional pizza.
