Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce takes a sweet little yam to a whole new level!

Ingredients

• Sweet Potato

• Chicken breast

• Pinquito beans

• Avocado

• Sour Cream

• Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce

Instructions

1. Microwave or bake sweet potato until soft. Cut open to make a “yam plate”.

2. Cook, grill or bake chicken breast and cut into bite-size pieces. Place on top of sweet potato.

3. On top of chicken, layer a few spoons full of pinquito beans, sliced avocado and a dollop of sour cream.

4. Finally, add Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Sauce to taste.
