Minorcan Mike’s Datil Pepper Rub and Seasoning is the perfect compliment to pork, chicken, beef, seafood to omletes and salads. This rub includes datil peppers, adding a unique flavor of sweet with a little heat. There's nothing like it!  
 
Directions: Sprinkle liberally on food surfaces. If using a smoker or slow cooker, rub in with your fingertips and let meat sit for 3+ hours to overnight in the fridge before cooking. Cook long and slow according to your recipe, then enjoy!
